The Encino estate featured in HBO’s hit series Entourage has sold for $4.2 million. In the show, the home belongs to Adrian Grenier’s character Vincent Chase.
The 9.010 square-foot Tuscan-style home boasts 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a detached guest house, a mosaic-tiled pool, spa and waterfall, plus there’s room for a tennis court. The living room, with 22 foot ceilings, has a masonry fireplace with marble mantel and base.
Last year, the home went on the market for $5.75 million, but there were no takers. The new owner got quite the steal! Can we be a part of the new owner’s entourage?
