Katie Couric enjoyed some time off from work this weekend in Miami — where she relaxed on the beach with her younger boyfriend!

Couric and her shirtless man Brooks Perlin were spotted at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach this weekend, where Katie was seen reading the paper and holding a copy of Stieg Larsson’s “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.”

Couric, 54, met Perlin, a 36-year-old entrepreneur, at a cancer fund-raiser back in 2006.
